These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LADA KLIUSHNYK digital publication, published from Ukraine ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the site or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to these Terms.

LADA KLIUSHNYK is an editorial publication covering venture capital, climate technology, and Ukrainian global innovation. Some articles are freely accessible; others are available in a preview form to non-subscribers, with full access unlocked upon free newsletter subscription ("Freemium Content").
2. Subscriptions
Subscribing requires a valid email address. Subscriptions are free at this stage and may be cancelled at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future, with advance notice to existing subscribers.
